Hi, I’m Jamie Jacobson, founder of InnerVoice Coaching.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked as a vocal function technician and voice instructor, helping people strengthen not only how they sound, but how they show up in the world. Through that work, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply voice is connected to confidence, identity, self-trust, and personal transformation.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Music Performance and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Oregon University, along with completing work towards my Master’s degree in Vocal Pedagogy from Boise State University. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the powerful connection between voice, emotional wellness, and authentic self-expression.
Today, in addition to my professional work in the mental health field, InnerVoice Coaching allows me to support people in a different and deeply personal way through coaching focused on clarity, confidence, identity, leadership, and authentic self-expression. It creates a space where clients can explore growth, navigate transition, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels both practical and meaningful.
InnerVoice Coaching was created from the understanding that real change happens when we reconnect with who we truly are.
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, high-pressure leadership roles, self-doubt, personal growth, and identity exploration, including gender-affirming voice coaching for transgender and gender-diverse clients seeking greater alignment and authentic self-expression.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and deeply personal—because lasting transformation starts from within.
